Jump into the sea

At Havet Arena in Nyhavna in Trondheim there are floating saunas, a BBQ restaurant, a large concert hall and a bar. If you want to take a sauna, which we can highly recommend, you book via Havet Arena.

At Havet there will be a great atmosphere, both inside and outside. We are renting the largest hall where the owners will provide the atmosphere and service - but food and drinks are not free....:)

All finishers will receive something easy to snack on at the finish line, a stylish shopping bag (organic) and our own designed seed bag that can be hung around your neck - and on the wall once you have planted the bee-friendly marigold seeds in a window pot or in the garden.
